Compass and Vinci Partners announce business combination

Vinci Partners (NASDAQ: VINP) and Compass, a leading independent asset management firm in Latin America, have just announced a business combination, creating the gateway for alternative asset management in Latin America. With this strategic move, Vinci will expand its geographic footprint across eight countries, establishing a leading pan-regional platform with over $50 billion in assets under management. This positions them as a full-service platform with local-to-local, local-to-global, global-to-local, and global-to-regional investment opportunities.
